HOBY stands for Hugh O’Brian Youth Leadership. Founded in 1958 by actor Hugh O’Brian, HOBY’s mission is to inspire and develop our global community of youth and volunteers to a life dedicated to leadership, service and innovation.

STATE LEADERSHIP SEMINAR
HOBY Delaware’s annual Leadership Seminar is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity for high school students to develop their leadership skills! Throughout the three-day program, we help “ambassadors” recognize their leadership talents and apply them to become effective, ethical leaders in the home, school, workplace, and community.
