HOW TO VOLUNTEER:
Submit the HOBY Delaware Volunteer Application, using the link below. Submit this application if applying to the Team Alumni (TA), Junior Facilitator, or Facilitator position.

Wait for confirmation from the HOBY Delaware Director of Staff on your position at the seminar. In the meantime, you can log your L4S hours online!

Sign and Complete the HOBY Code of Conduct and Background Check forms and send to the HOBY Delaware Director of Staff.

TEAM ALUMNI (TA)
Team Alumni are essential members of our team who help guide the direction of the seminar by leading activities and discussions. With enthusiastic attitudes, our Team Alumni provide outstanding example of alumni putting their leadership into action.
Current high school juniors and seniors who have attended a HOBY Leadership Seminar in the past two years are eligible to apply for the Team Alumni position.
FACILITATION TEAM
Our facilitation teams work directly with ambassadors to foster group collaboration and create a supportive team dynamic. Leading a small group of 7-10 ambassadors, our facilitators guide their team through discussions and various activities.
No previous facilitation experience or previous service with HOBY is required to be a Facilitator – we’re looking for volunteers with a growth mindset and a passion for leadership! Must be 18 years old to apply.
