By volunteering with us, you can develop your leadership skills, work on your professional development, and engage with our extensive network of volunteers – making tons of friends along the way!
ATTEND OUR PROGRAMS
HOBY and HOBY Delaware offer a wide variety of leadership programs for students to attend. All of our programs seeks to develop each student’s personal leadership style, encourage collaborative group work, and motivate students to understand their social responsibility.
Each year, we hold our Community Leadership Workshops (CLeW) in the Spring, our annual State Leadership Seminar in June, and the World Leadership Congress (WLC) in July.
